Kitchen Jinni Return and Refund Policy
At Kitchen Jinni (a brand owned and operated by Vijay Sales Corporation), we want you to be completely satisfied with your appliance purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our strict guidelines below.
1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Item Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your kitchen appliance (chimney, hob, sink, etc.) must be in the exact same condition that you received it. It must be:

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping Costs (Please Read Carefully)
Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. You must arrange the return shipping using a courier of your choice. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
4. Restocking Fees
Restocking Fee: Rs. 0.00 We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items that meet our condition guidelines.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must contact us first. Do not send your appliance back without prior approval.

6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the appliance is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours at support@kitchenjinni.com with photos of the damage so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
7. Refunds Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund was approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
